Apple-izer


  • 1 cup of ice cubes
  • 4 ounces cola
  • 1 ounce Rocky Mountain Big Horn Back Country Apple Pie
  • 1 ounce Rocky Mountain Big Horn Vodka
  • 2 ounces Milk

Fill a high glass with ice, pour in the ingredients and enjoy!

CUCUMBER GIN COCKTAIL


  • 1 cucumber
  • Four 2-inch strips lime zest
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 4 lemon wheels, divided
  • 4 oz BIG HORN GIN
  • 1 oz lime juice
  • Club soda

  1. Chop up a 4 inch piece of cucumber
  2. Mix cucumber with lime zest, sugar and add to cocktail shaker
  3. Add BIG HORN GIN, lime juice and ice.
  4. Shake vigorously
  5. Strain into an ice filled glass
  6. Top off with club soda
  7. Garnish with cucumber & lemon slices

RUSTY NAIL

Serve in an old fashioned glass


  • 1 oz CORN SHINE
  • 1 oz Drambuie 
  • Ice, if desired

  1. Add ice to glass
  2. Add Drambuie and CORNSHINE

WHISKEY SOUR

A gluten free and refreshing drink that will awaken the senses.


  • 2 oz CORN SHINE
  • ½ oz fresh lemon juice
  • Garnish with lemon or orange slice and a maraschino cherry

  1. Add CORN SHINE and lemon juice to a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
  2. Shake well.
  3. Pour into a chilled glass full of ice
  4. Add the garnish

Alpintini


  • 1oz BIG HORN VODKA
  • 1oz ALPINE CREAM
  • Ice

  1. Add BIG HORN VODKA and ALPINE CREAM to an ice-filled shaker.
  2. Drain and pour into a martini glass.

ROCKY MOUNTAIN CAESAR


  • 1 lime wedge
  • 1 tablespoon celery salt
  • ice cubes
  • 1 oz Big Horn Vodka
  • 1 dash Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 dash Tabasco® or as desired
  • 8 oz Clamato®
  • Garnish with pickled bean

  1. Rim a cocktail glass with lime wedge and celery salt
  2. Add ice to the glass
  3. Add Big Horn Vodka, Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco® and Clamato.
  4. Garnish with lime and pickled bean. Serve with straw.
